Transportation Schedule

This is a point-to-point course starting at Stoller Vineyards and finishing in Carlton. The transition area for the 2-Person Relay is located just beyond Abbey Rd. Farms at mile 6.

Bus Transportation

  • Runners should use early buses to avoid lines and risk late arrival.
  • Spectators may take buses to view race at start and Relay Transition
  • Make sure to register online and bring ID when taking Portland bus *

Bus transportation to the start area and back is provided from three main locations; Wennerberg Park in Carlton (near finish), McMinnville (two stops) and from the Allison Inn & Spa in Newberg. There will also be one charter bus from the Portland (see details below).

From Portland- location to be advised
There will be one bus transporting runners from downtown Portland to and from the race on race day morning.  Runners must sign up for this in advance.  Round Trip cost is $25 and can be purchased during Registration or by adding Race Extras to an existing registration.

  • Pre-race bus departs Portland at 5:15am (must purchase RT ticket) arriving to Stoller at 6:15
  • Post-race bus departs Carlton at 11:15am arriving Portland at 12:30pm

Buses to the Start Line

  • Wennerberg Park (near finish area) to Start Line
    • 5:25am to 6:25am, buses depart every 10 minutes
  • Inn at Red Hills
    • 6:15am
  • Best Western Vineyard Inn, McMinnville to Start Line
    • 5:30 / 5:40 / 6:10 and 6:20am
  • Red Lion, McMinnville to Start Line
    • 5:40 / 5:50 / 6:10 and 6:30am
  • Portland to Start Line
    • 5:15am, $25 round trip and must be purchased in advance

Buses to Relay Transition

Parking at the Relay Transition is extremely limited so we encourage you to park at the start area or Wennerberg Park and ride the bus to the relay transition.

  • Wennerberg Park to Relay Transition
    • 6:45 / 7:00 / 7:30am
  • Stoller Vineyards to Relay Transition
    • 7:15 / 7:30am

Buses From Relay Transition to Festival

  •  Transportation from Relay Area to the Finish Line and Festival Area
    • 7:50 / 8:10 / 8:30 / 8:45 and 9:00am

Returning Buses

  • Start Line (Returning)
    • 9:30am to Noon, Buses depart from finish area every 15 to 30 minutes
  • Inn at Red Hills (Returning)
    • 11:15am
  • Best Western Vineyard Inn (Returning)
    • 11:15am and Noon, Buses depart from finish area to McMinnville
  • Red Lion, McMinnville (Returning)
    • 11:15am and Noon, Buses depart from finish area to McMinnville
  • Portland (Returning)
    • 11:15am, Bus departs from finish area to Portland
