A convenient early packet pickup option for Portland area residents. Includes admission to our wine reception with appetizers in a beautiful setting on the riverfront.
You must sign up and pay for this option ($20) on the registration page.

Enjoy a fun afternoon at Stoller Winery, site of the race start. Stoller will be open for winery tours, wine tasting, a gourmet BBQ, live music from Rock Residue, games, a photo exhibit of Willamette Valley and Stoller by site manager and photographer Mike Haverkate, and race orientation session by race director, Matt Dockstader and announcer Whit Raymond. Fee of $35 includes wine, beverages and food from Catering by Tavola. Open to the public. Sign up on the registration page or at Stoller Vineyards.

Saturday Sept. 4th

Race EXPO at The Allison Inn & Spa in Newberg

Come to the race expo at the new Allison Inn & Spa for packet pickup, race information, exhibitor booths, and seminars. The event is free and open to the public.  A wine tasting will be hosted by Chehalem Mountains Winegrowers Association on the terrace from noon to 5pm.  Wine tasting is free to race participants, extra wine tasting passes available for guests for $10 on-site.

6:30pm to 8:30pm
Race Dinner at Allison Inn & Spa

A gourmet pasta and protein buffet dinner prepared by Jory, the award-winning restaurant at The Allison Inn. Enjoy your pre-race dinner (with vegetarian options) in a beautiful outdoor setting at The Allison.  Guest speaker is endurance athlete and author Dane Rauschenberg. Fabuolus Oregon wines provided by Chehalem Mountains Winegrowers Association and other beverages included.  Limited to 80 ppl.  $60 per person. 7:00am to 10:30am 
Half Marathon and 2-Person Relay

Stoller Vineyards to Carlton
Race Start at Stoller Vineyards at 7:00am. Finish in city of Carlton on Pine Street.  Parking is available at both the start at Stoller and the finsh area at Wennerberg Park (bus transportation provided). First runners reach finish in Carlton at approximately 8:05am. Two-person relay transition area is located at Abbey Road Farm.

Enjoy a fresh country breakfast with mimosa’s and other beverages while watching the runners at the relay transition area and 5.5 mile point on the course. Parking on-site. $25 per person. Register in advance.

9:15am to Noon
Wine & Music Festival in Carlton

The city of Carlton rolls out the red carpet for the best post-race party in the running industry. Exhibitors, live music, beer garden, food & beverages, and wine tasting from the Willamette Valley’s finest vintners. Open to the public. Extra wine glasses available for purchase at the event for $20.

4:00pm to 7:30pm
Wrap Party at Carlton Hill Winery
A special opportunity to close out the festivities with staff and sponsors at Carlton Hill Winery overlooking Yamhill Valley. Sponsored by Discover Yamhill Valley. Limited spots available. $40 per person includes bottle of Carlton Hill wine.  Sign up online.
